We believe nearly all of the unit owners have received payment request from the developer for February 2010 and March 2010 service charges.

PLEASE ON HOLD ALL PAYMENTS TO THE DEVELOPER FOR THE FEB 2010 AND MARCH 2010
JMB Pan Palace Plaza has been formerly formed on 6 Feb 2010. You will be notified very soon, on how much to pay, how to pay and where to pay by the JMB PPP.
